When new arrivals step off the plane onto the soil of Cambodia, it is a time for action for Hope Now Cambodia and our partner ministry Streams in the Desert Medical NGO. We held a medical clinic/outreach, hosted by International Baptist Church.
This event was our second medical outreach. We spent time encouraging the new arrivals, letting them know they are loved, and showing them someone cares.
Several men attended. Each man received medical attention and Dr. Tom Johnson, our Hope Now Cambodia Advisory team member, presented the gospel. Staff member Mout shared his testimony with the men. He gave them hope for their lives in their new home. We are blessed to be able to partner with these fine organizations. We want to build up these men in their faith.
Our executive director will be traveling to Phnom Penh next month. He will conduct training and lead the men in Bible studies. Your gifts will help us continue our tremendous missions work in Cambodia. Will you consider a monthly donation of any amount to allow us to help these men in need?
