Fifteen new arrivals landed in Cambodia from the U.S. on July 4th. We gathered them together for encouragement and to share the gospel of the cross of Christ. One believed in Jesus and has everlasting life! Our goal will be to get them to our local church, International Baptist Church, pastored by our HNC advisory member, Dr. Tom Johnson, and our Bible studies, on Saturday at the Cafe in Phnom Penh, and online each Monday morning.
Pray for these new men. They will experience culture shock, discouragement and depression. Hope Now Cambodia is there for them. Thank you for your support.
Love, Roger
Amen, Sister Judy!!

What great news that the new arrivals have learned of a safe place in that big city! Also that they heard the Good News which they might not have listened to when growing up in the US!
