Battambang Update, June 21

Cambodia

The Hope Now Cambodia work extends from Phnom Penh, in the southern center of the country, to Battambang in the northwest. Our staff member Van makes his rounds into some of the outlying parts of the city. His wife, Ravy joins him.

Once deported, the men arrive with no money or ability to get a job due to difficulties obtaining an official identification and other roadblocks. These men move to villages where distant family members live. At least they can get a bowl of rice for a meal.

Van travels great distances, sometimes on a moto, but more often now in a vehicle he was able to purchase. He is armed with the word of God to share with the men, prayer, and lots of encouragement.

Thank you for all your prayer and support!

Many of the men are outcasts and lonely. We bring Hope to them
