The view may be striking, but being close to the equator everyday in Phnom Penh is like the movie Groundhog Day. The sameness is one reason the men get so discouraged. Its always hot, no changing seasons; just the same.
Yet once a man believes in our Lord Jesus Christ, everyday is new.
“Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23
Pray for the lost men who are discouraged and consumed by hopelessness.
